    We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).

In its original packaging (including pouches or boxes).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened, unless the product is defective.

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  1. Shipping Costs
    Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged upon arrival or you received the wrong product, Glistenjew will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., you changed your mind or chose the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7-Day Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Bank Posting: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

    Please inspect your order upon reception. If the jewelry is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@glistenjew.us. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or a full refund.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
